I observed <br />glass shards, rubber boots, rusted metal and aluminum cans coming out from the ground. <br />- Implement an erosion control system to ensure integrity of postclosure land uses, roads, and structures; to <br />prevent public contact with waste and leachate; to prevent safety hazards; and to prevent exposure of waste. <br />- Apply clean dirt to areas noted above so solid waste is no longer coming out from the ground. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Routine annual inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: <br />Notes: <br />1.) Bob Barber and Allan Barber were onsite during my inspection <br />2.) Equipment to disk soil was observed at the North end of the parcel, West of the Pump Station. <br />
