Corrective Action: Findings and learnings from this incident <br />will be shared with our HSE team during our next safety meeting and will also ensure our HSE team understands the <br />importance of timely notifications to the EHD and CalOES for any future releases or threatened releases of a hazardous <br />material. <br />Submit employees training records that show annual/initial training and refresher courses. Training shall include familiarity with <br />the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous <br />material. Corrective Action: Please see 2nd attachment "Emergency Response Plan and Hazardous Material <br />Business Plan" and 3rd attachment "Emergency Response Employee Training Log". <br />Submit copies of hazardous waste manifests/disposal records to the EHD. Corrective Action: Station Manager notified <br />Chevron maintenance on 12/15/21 and Clean Harbors has been dispatched for pick-up of the 30 gallon waste drum under <br />Chevron work order # 4997332.
