I <br />observed glass shards and rusted metal debris coming out from the ground. <br />- Implement an erosion control system to ensure integrity of cover; to prevent public contact with waste and <br />leachate; to prevent safety hazards; and to prevent exposure of waste. <br />Apply clean dirt to areas noted above so solid waste is no longer coming out from the ground. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />A routine inspection was conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />Notes: <br />1.) No one was present onsite during my inspection. <br />2.) Equipment to disk soil was observed at the North end of the parcel, North of the pump station. <br />
