MURO Email from Dave Tussing with the DR3 Stockton site property manager's info. He stated that as of June 17th, 2021 property owner stated he full responsibility of arranging the clean up efforts from this arson. MURO 07/29/2021 Called property manager, Matthew Brodnik (Current Management and Associates) MURO mobile #: 408-840-3489, left message. 08/03/2021 Called Matt Brodnik, office phone number (408-773-6837) mailbox is full. Called MURO Matt on his mobile, 408-840-3489, left message. Called Dave Tussing 541-954-1507, requested alternate contact. Dave reported that is the only contact they have. They have been also unable to make contact and have access to the facility. Following my site visit to the facility, I received an email reply from Matt Brodnik. "I apologize for the delay in response. I am still working with the shoring company and our structural engineer to build plans in order to shore up the walls of the burned down part of the building. Once that plan has been approved by both parties and the walls have been shored up, we will be able to enter the damaged part of the building and begin cleanup. We will be hiring a cleanup crew once that process is ready, I am not sure which one yet. As for what the fire department used on the fire I do not have that information, I haven't heard much at all from the fire department throughout this entire process. I know the sprinkler system went off in the building and I believe the fire department added more water to it but I am not positive." 08/03/2021 Site visit for complaint with Environmental Health Specialist Kristina Saetern, (EHD). Morena Gomez (Personnel and Production Manager of DH3 Mattress) reported that they too have not been able to access the fire-damaged area. I explained why I was their and handed her a hard-copy of the Notice to Abate. Morena said she will make sure to scan and email it to Matt Brodnik. MURO 5105.rpt Page 3 of 4
