When I arrived I met with Steve Thomas from Code Enforcement. There were 8 hoop greenhouses on the property with hundreds of cannabis plants. A large amount of chemicals was observed. A pump system for delivering the chemicals was present. Several of the pesticides required permits for use. I discussed the situation with the ownerlignikfmecalelpour told her that if she is cooperative and removes the plants and chemicals in a timely fashion I will not charge for anything more then the initial visit. Posted the property with a Cannabis Notice and Order to Abate and a Hazardous Waste/Materials Notice to Abate. 08/31/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI photographic log. Printed it and attached it to the complaint. Created a list of chemicals found on the property. After further investigating I found that several of the chemicals are either restricted to use from a certified person or outright banned in the United States. Printed the list and attached it to the complaint. 09/02/2021 Discussed the disposal of the chemicals with John from CUPA. Sent an email to SUSZYCKI OM with the haz wate list and a brochure of where to take the chemicals. I called and let her know that I sent the email and explained to her the process. 09/03/2021 illallicame in to the office and asked where to take the chemicals. I told her SUSZYCKI that in the email I sent her and she said she received that she needs to take the chemicals to the household hazardous waste facility. I provided a PDF of the brochure in the email. I gave her another brochure at the counter. 09/03/2021 Mill, called from the disposal station. She is limited to brining in 15Ibs at a time SUSZYCKI and needs a business plan to bring in more. I gave her an extra week to take care of things (9/13). 09/08/2021 Received a invoice from the owner Brian Medina show all the hazardous waste SUSZYCKI properly disposed of.
