Complaint Investigation Summary Report #: 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: C00054291 Site Location: 2472 E ROBINDALE AVE <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />10/22/2021 Received a message from the tenant stating that the owner told her that he is SUSZYCKI <br />going to fix the plumbing. Sent an email to Code Enforcement to update them as <br />they have a case on the property as well. <br />10/26/2021 Received a detailed email with several pictures of dead rats from the tenant. I <br /> <br />SUSZYCKI <br />directed the tenant to speak with Code Enforcement has the have authority over <br />those issues. <br />10/26/2021 Received a call from the owner Tony stating that the tenant is damaging the home SUSZYCKI <br />herself and not paying rent. Tony says because of the moratorium on evictions he <br />can not remove her. I told Tony that the only issue EHD has is the open pipes and <br />the sewage discharge, the rest of the issues are under the authority of Code <br />Enforcement. <br />11/08/2021 Reviewed the complaint and looked up the property. No new permits have been SUSZYCKI <br />taken out. <br />11/08/2021 Visited the property and knocked on the door. No one answered. The front yard SUSZYCKI <br />was full of junk and trash and the home is still in a dilapidated state. I was unable <br />to confirm if the plumbing behind the house is still open. <br />11/08/2021 Used the pictures taken during my status check to create a photographic log. SUSZYCKI <br />Filed out a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate. <br />Turned the complaint in for review. <br />11/15/2021 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE, WITH PHOTO BALLWAHN <br />LOG, DATED 11/8/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />TCWB INC <br />1568 MISSION SPRING CIR <br />SAN JOSE CA 95131 <br />11/22/2021 The owner Tony called and said that he has a plumber and pulled permits to repair SUSZYCKI <br />the sewer line. <br />12/06/2021 Called Tony and told him that I saw his people doing work on the sewer line when I SUSZYCKI <br />was by the property for another complaint. I also let him know that the neighbor is <br />upset about his tenants dumping trash on to the easement. <br />12/23/2021 Returned a call from Mr. Leung. He stated that everything is fixed and that they SUSZYCKI <br />pump all the sewage out from under the home. I told him, because it is raining <br />very heavy today, I will go out for a final inspection later when it is dry. <br />01/05/2022 Received a call from Tony Leung, he wanted to send me pictures showing the SUSZYCKI <br />repairs. I told him that would work since I observed the contractors working on it <br />the last time I was out. <br />Received the pictures, attached one, and abated the complaint.
