Received a call from Miguel (maintenance), he <br />mentioned the screens should be installed by end of day Friday 9/10/21. <br />09/08/2021 8009 N HVVY 99 W Frontage Rd CHAO <br />Complaint - Complainant found a dirty syringe under the 4th second floor <br />bathroom window in his yard with about 4 cigarette butts. <br />The complaint is a repeated complaint from 7/22, which was abated on 8/2/21 <br />under the condition that the property owner install tamper-proof screens to the 2nd <br />floor windows. <br />Met with Izzy Mejia (front office) to get permission to look around the property. <br />Observed windows on the 2nd floor without screens. Contacted Irene Groves <br />(manager) to share findings. Advised they will be billed for EHD time, since the <br />violation has not been corrected from previous inspection. <br />09/13/2021 8009 HWY 99 W Frontage Rd CHAO <br />Followed up with Miguel (maintenance) for photographic proof of correction. <br />Uploaded pictures and worked on photo log. <br />09/14/2021 8009 N HWY 99 W Frontage Rd CHAO <br />Working with maintenance for proof of correction. Received pictures from <br />maintenance worker of the tamper proof screens. Tamper proof screens were <br />installed on a window. Was not able to confirm if it was installed on the 2nd floor <br />windows. Maintenance worker will send more photos. <br />09/15/2021 8009 N HVVY 99 W frontage Rd CHAO <br />Communicated with Rudy Barba (screen installer) to send over photographic proof <br />of correction. Received pictures via text messages, uploaded pictures to the <br />computer, and worked on photo log.
