Reviewed property information on Parcel <br />Viewer. <br />After the inspection, a photo log was created and a NTA was completed. Updated <br />file. <br />12/06/2021 2135 E Bishop St., Stockton - Complaint inspection. The complaint alleges there <br />are numerous cats on the property that are causing a cat feces problem. Six cats <br />were observed on the front porch. Cat feces observed in the front yard. Odor was <br />light and flies were not observed. I met with Julie Morrison, tenant, at the property. <br />Julie stated only 3 cats belonged to her and Terry (tenant). She also mentioned <br />that Terry recently had surgery and has not been able to keep up with the yard. <br />Julie was informed to pick up and dispose of the cat feces. <br />12/07/2021 Mailed Solid Waste Notice To Abate dated 12/6/2021, to: Laura Seeno ETAL, <br />6079 Sellers Avenue, Oakley, CA 94561-3603. Sent by regular and certified mail; <br />Certified Mail Log #7020 1810 0000 3998 6046. Also sent copy to tenant at 2135 E <br />Bishop Street, Stockton, CA 95205-3443. <br />12/10/2021 2135 E Bishop St - Received a call from tenant, Terry Baker. Terry's girlfriend <br />informed him that I was at the property for an inspection. I informed him that there <br />was another complaint about the cats and the feces. Terry mentioned that he just <br />had surgery but he tries to keep up with the yard. I told him I will try to do a <br />reinspection next week, if it looks good then I will abate the complaint. <br />SINGH <br />FIELD <br />SINGH <br />12/20/2021 2135 E Bishop St- Complaint reinspection. Small amounts of animal feces SINGH <br />observed in the front yard. Odor was minimal. Flies were not observed. <br />Note: Multiple inspections conducted on this date, travel time varied. <br />12/22/2021 2135 E Bishop St - Created photo log and drafted OIR for the reinspection SINGH <br />conducted on 12/20/21.
