Reviewed total VUE <br />coliform and E.coli results dated from January 2020 to present showing negative <br />for both total coliform and E. coli. Arsenic, chromium (total), copper, nickel, silver, <br />water hardness, and pH, which is known to cause skin irritation, were all <br />non-detected or within the range. Water system does not chlorinate their potable <br />water. <br />07/15/2021 Made a site visit. Spoke to 6 residents regarding water quality issues. Resident 1 <br /> VUE <br />stated that her young son has sensitive skin and did had rashes previously. He <br />does not have rashes anymore. The only issue noted was the water smells very <br />bad. Resident 2 stated that the does not have any issues with rashes but the odor <br />smells like rotten eggs. Resident 3 stated that he no longer drink from the well. He <br />buys his own water for consumption. He has not been paying attention to notice <br />any issue with the water. Resident 4 stated that her younger sister had rashes <br />about two years ago when the new well was drilled. The sister no longer has <br />rashes. The only issue is the water smells bad. Resident 5 stated that her young <br />daughter has rashes on and off. She took her daughter to see a physician but no <br />conclusive evidence was found. The daughter does have one rash on her arm. <br />She stated that the water also smells bad. Resident 6 stated that they have no <br />issue with the water besides the odor. <br />07/19/2021 Worked on inspection report. VUE <br />Abated By: <br />5105.rpt <br />Page 1 of 1
