COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />12:07 pm <br />11:43 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: SANCHEZ 101 DBA KFC & A & W Date: 06/14/2022 <br />Address: 2290 W GRANT LINE RD, TRACY 95377 <br />Owner/Operator: SANCHEZ 101, INC Telephone: (209) 834-0786 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0054950 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />CO0054950 states: "8:30 PM ON 5/30/22, FAMILY ATE A 26 PIECE HOT WING MEAL. WITHIN 6-24 HOURS, THE <br />COMPLAINANT, AND HIS FAMILY EXPERIENCED VOMITING, DIARRHEA, FATIGUE, NAUSEA, AND ABDOMINAL <br />PAIN." <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hot water at the restroom hand sinks is 76-78F. Increase the hot water temperature at these sinks to <br />100F (minimum). Per RGM, no similar complaints have been received. RGM states that she <br />is unaware of any employees that have been ill with similar symptoms. <br />RGM states that the facility sells a 24 piece hot wing meal, but not a 24 piece hot wing meal. <br />Per RGM, the wings are received frozen.
