My company, Condor prepared the SPCC Plan for JC Air academy. I understand you received the updated figure which has corrected violation number 1. We would like to correct the existing violations, numbers 2 and 3. In addition to the updated figure, did you also receive the attached updated page 12? Please note, previously referenced section 1.5 was an error and has been corrected to section 1.6, INSPECTION RECORDS [40 CFR 112.7(e)], which covers integrity inspection requirements and identifies the qualifications for personnel performing tests and inspections. For your further reference, I have attached section 1.6 and the referenced Tables 3 and 4 from JC Air Academy's current SPCC Plan. Additionally, my individual response to violation corrections are provided below. Please let me know if we can provide you anything further to correct violations number 2 and 3.
