Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br />Barber Private Dump (39 -CR -0018) <br />6/26/2024 <br />Notes: <br />1. Bob Barber was contacted prior to the inspection. <br />2. Bait stations observed on site. <br />3. Exposed glass observed west of Cameron Rd., outside of the perimeter fence and <br />northeast of the property within the perimeter fence. Cover exposed glass with clean soil. <br />4. Multiple burrows observed at various areas of the site. Repair burrows and implement <br />additional measures to prevent burrows. <br />5. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br />the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br />to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br />LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br />agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre -construction <br />activities for such PCLU. <br />6.
