Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br />Barber Private Dump (39 -CR -0018) <br />1/22/2026 <br />B) Remove the concrete pile from the site and dispose of at an appropriate disposal <br />facility. <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />A routine quarterly inspection was conducted on January 22, 2026, and the following was <br />observed- <br />bserved: <br />Notes- <br />Notes: <br />1. <br />1. Mr. Barber was contacted prior to the inspection. <br />2. Vegetation was low on the property. Overgrown vegetation has been removed. Owner is to <br />maintain vegetation to a minimum to prevent any fire hazards. <br />3. The site was secure to discourage any unauthorized access. <br />4. Bait stations were observed on site. None of the bait stations viewed on site were observed <br />to have bait. Maintain the bait stations with bait to assure that the bait stations are working as <br />intended. <br />5. The amount of burrows has decreased, but there are still burrows that were observed on <br />the property. Repair burrows with clean soil. <br />6. Exposed glass was observed near the northeastern fence line of the parcel. Exposed glass <br />was observed on the inside and outside of the fence. <br />7. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br />the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br />to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br />LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district, and local land use <br />agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre -construction <br />activities for such PCLU. <br />8.
