No washing utensils on site. Disposable plates are used. Hot food, from <br />approved sources, is delivered at 11AM to be served immediately to students. <br />3 comp sink is used as hand sink ( washing hands in the washing compartment of the ware wash sink). <br />Bleach is on site. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
