solid levels for those wells have fluctuated above and below the <br />1000 mg/1 standard sset by the State of California for a public <br />water system; (2) specific conductance levels for those wells have <br />fluctuated above and below the 1600 microhms standard set by the <br />State of California for a public water system. <br />E. Indemnitee has consented to the construction and <br />occupancy of a single family residential dwelling on property <br />commonly known as Parcel "D" of WAKEFIELD COURT. Conventee <br />provided that Grantor and Grantee acknowledge they have been <br />informed of conditions set out in Paragraph D(1) and D(2) above <br />and that Grantor and Grantee unconditionally waive any claim or <br />I <br />damage arising from the use and/or consumption of water to be <br />provided by San Joaquin County proposed community water service <br />area number 35 prior to acceptance by San Joaquin County and <br />Coventee. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Grantor and Grantee understand that total dissolved solid <br />levels for wells within San Joaquin County proposed community <br />water service area 35 serving property commonly known as Parcel <br />"D" WAKEFIELD COURT as described herein above have fluctuated <br />above and below the 1000 mg/1 standard set by the State of <br />California for a public water system; <br />2. Grantor and Grantee understand that specific conductance <br />levels for wells within San Joaquin County proposed community <br />water service area 35 serving property commonly known as Parcel <br />"D" WAKEFIELD ODURT as descrived herein above have fluctuated <br />above and below the 1600 microhms standard sets by the State of <br />California for a public water system; <br />-2- <br />
