All utilities shall be underground as provided in Section <br />9-9310 of the County Code. <br />k. 6. Easements for utilities shall be as raequiared by Pacific <br />Gas and Electric Company and shall be shown on the final map. <br />2. 4. Local Health District: <br />a. Sewage disposal systems or methods shall conform to the <br />requirements of the Local Health District and Ordinance No. <br />549. <br />b. All lots in the subdivision shall have room for 100 percent <br />expansion of their septic systems. <br />c. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br />stored and removed in accordance with San Joaquin County <br />Ordinances 877 and 1481. <br />d. The water system shall conform to the requirements of the <br />Local Health District, the Department of Public Works, and <br />Ordinance No. 1862. <br />e. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br />permit and inspection by the Local Health District. <br />3. moi. Building Inspection Division: <br />a. All buildings shall be provided with automatic <br />sprinkler protection as required by the Uniform Fire <br />Code. <br />4. Planninq Division: <br />a. 3. This Tentative Map shall expire on November 7, 1988, <br />unless all conditions of approval have been fulfilled <br />and a Final Map has been filed prior to that date. <br />b. 4. The sound level shall not exceed 75 dB Ldn at any <br />property line. <br />
