Conditions of Approval <br />SU -86-1 <br />Page 2 <br />2. Local Health District.: <br />a. Sewage disposal systems or methods shall conform to the <br />requirements of the Local Health District and Ordinance No. <br />549. <br />b. All lots in the subdivision shall have room for 100 percent <br />expansion of their septic systems. <br />c. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br />stored and removed in accordance with San Joaquin County <br />Ordinances 877 and 1481. <br />d. The water system shall conform to the requirements of the <br />Local Health District, the Department of Public Works, and <br />Ordinance No. 1862. <br />e. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br />permit and inspection by the Local Health District. <br />3. Building Inspection Division: <br />a. All buildings shall be provided with automatic sprinkler <br />protection as required by the Uniform Fire Code. <br />4. Planning Division: <br />a. This Tentative Map shall expire on November 7, 1988, <br />unless all conditions of approval have been fulfilled and <br />a Final Map has been filed prior to that date. <br />b. The sound level shall not exceed 75 dB Ldn at any property <br />line. <br />c. Prior to filing the Final Map, the road name "Marty Court" <br />shall be changed. The applicant shall submit a new <br />suggested road name for the approval of the Planning <br />Division. <br />NOTE: The San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved <br />SU -86-1 on November 7, 1985, subject to the above con- <br />ditions. <br />
