This Tentative Map shall expire on November 7, 1988, unless <br />all conditions of approval have been fulfilled and a Final <br />Map has been filed prior to that date. <br />4. Local Health District: <br />a. Sewage disposal systems or methods shall conform to the <br />requirements of the Local Health District and Ordinance No. <br />549. <br />b. All lots in the subdivision shall have room for 100 percent <br />expansion of their septic systems. <br />c. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br />stored and removed in accordance with San Joaquin County <br />Ordinances 877 and 1481. <br />d. The water system shall conform to the requirements of the <br />Local Health District, the Department of Public Works, and <br />Ordinance No. 1862. <br />e. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br />permit and inspection by the Local Health District. <br />S. All buildings shall be provided with automatic sprinkler pro- <br />tection as required by the Uniform Fire Code. <br />6. Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific Gas & <br />Electric Company and shall be shown on the final map. <br />7. Pending availability of terminal drainage, an interim <br />drainage system shall be designed, constructed, and dedicated <br />to the County. The interim drainage system shall provide for <br />future connection to terminal drainage. <br />S. The sound level shall not exceed 75 dB Ldn at any property <br />line. <br />
