4. Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with <br /> standards and requirements of the Department of Public Works prior <br /> to consideration of the Final Map; provision shall be made for road <br /> drainage into lot retention ponds on Lot C with maintenance by <br /> Housing Authority. <br /> 5. Water system or methods shall conform to the requirements <br /> of the Local Health District and the Department of Public Works . <br /> 6. An adequate water supply for fire protection with fire <br /> hydrants and connections shall be installed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County Fire Warden and Woodbridge Rural Fire <br /> District. <br /> 7 . The County Service Area No. 12 shall provide for the <br /> operation, maintenance, and improvement of storm drainage systems <br /> (except as referred to in Condition No. 4) , domestic water systems, <br /> and street lighting systems. <br /> 8. The intersection at Mokelumne and Thornton Roads shall <br /> be limited to one access point onto Thornton Road upon approval <br /> by the Department of Public Works. Said intersection being <br /> Mokelumne Avenue, as described in easement deed to San Joaquin <br /> County by the Housing Authority. <br /> 9. Conveyance of park land to the County shall be waived <br /> under Section 18A2 of Ordinance No. 892 . <br /> 10 . A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 5.165 <br /> of Ordinance No. 892, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 11. Full street improvements in compliance with Ordinance No. <br /> 672 shall be provided within the subdivision. Agreement between <br /> Housing Authority and the County of San Joaquin that Thornton <br /> Road shall be fully improved on subdivision side in compliance <br /> with County standards upon demand of County, when warranted. <br /> Curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be provided throughout the <br /> subdivision, except where adjacent property is owned by others <br /> along Mokelumne Avenue. Road alignments shall be revised to <br /> conform with County design standards with snipes at intersection <br /> of Mokelumne and Thornton Roads. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 1977, by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES : Supervisors WISDOM, SHUMWAY, BARBER, YOSHIKAWA <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT : Supervisor FONDSE <br />
