However, the properties referenced in the notice are subject to a Service <br /> Abandonment Agreement with the District. The agreement was entered into on February 11, <br /> 1992 and the owner waived and abandoned any aright to have water delivered by the District to <br /> avoid paying certain District charges. <br /> If changes in the method of irrigation are desired by the owner, and service from the District is <br /> anticipated in the future, it is recommended that the owner contact the District prior to the <br /> completion of the process. Changes to the existing infrastructure, or easements in order to <br /> accommodate the proposed boundary changes may be required. If so desired, the owner will <br /> need to apply for an amendment to the Service Abandonment Agreement and obtain a structure <br /> permit if new connections are necessary. <br /> 11.0.
