Description Of Parcel "1" Per PA-2200012 A portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2 (Two), Township 2 (Two) South, Range 8 (Eight) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, County of San Joaquin, State of California. Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of that certain parcel described in Grant Deed to Wesley Allen Mccann and Nancy Christina Mccann, recorded on the 15th day of July, 1988, as Instrument No. 88059770, San Joaquin County Records, said Southwesterly corner being a point on the Westerly line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2; thence along the Westerly line of said Mccann Parcel, North 00°29'53" West, a distance of 250.00 feet; thence parallel with the Southerly line of said Mccann Parcel, North 89°48'05" East, a distance of 325.70 feet; thence parallel with said Westerly line of Mccann Parcel, South 00°29'53" East, a distance of 343.94 feet to the Southerly line of that certain parcel described in Grant Deed to Wesley Alley Mccann and Nancy Christina Mccann, recorded on the 15th day of July, 1988 as Instrument No. 88059771, San Joaquin County Records; thence North 67° 49'35" West, a distance of 246.80 feet to said Southerly line of Mccann parcel described in Instrument No. 88059770; thence along said Southerly line of Mccann Parcel described in Instrument No. 88059770, South 89°48'05" West, a distance of 97.97 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 2.11 acres gross, more or less. Subject to Carrolton Road along the Westerly Boundary.
