WESTERN PUMP <br /> Petroleum & Lubrication Equipment Specialists <br /> 8) Each Supervisor shall ensure that each employee receives a Jobsite Orientation when <br /> applicable . <br /> 9) Each Supervisor shall continually observe and evaluate jobsite conditions and work <br /> procedures to detect and correct any unsafe conditions and/or unsafe work practices . <br /> Document inspections on the Jobsite Audit Form weekly and keep one copy on the <br /> jobsite and one copy in the office . <br /> 10) Each Supervisor shall hold a weekly safety meeting on Mondays . It is the Supervisor's <br /> responsibility to complete and send the report form for each meeting to the office and <br /> retain a copy on the jobsite . <br /> 11 ) Should an employee have a work-related injury or illness , it is the responsibility of the <br /> Supervisor to notify SMART Safety Group immediately. The Supervisor shall assist in <br /> the accident investigation . <br /> 12) Each Supervisor shall contact SMART Safety Group to determine where to obtain <br /> medical assistance , in the event of workplace injuries . Clinic locations and phone <br /> numbers are posted in the trailer. <br /> 13) Each Supervisor shall fully cooperate with SMART Safety Group , Insurance company <br /> Safety Personnel , Clients' Safety Department, and OSHA Personnel in shutting down <br /> operations considered being an imminent danger to employees or in removing <br /> personnel from hazardous jobs when they are not wearing or using prescribed protective <br /> equipment. <br /> 14) Each Supervisor shall attend Field Supervisor meetings when held and participate in the <br /> promotion of safety awareness . <br /> 15) Each Supervisor shall encourage their employees to participate in the recognition , <br /> correction or reporting of any safety or health problems without fear of reprisal . <br /> 3235 "F" Street, San Diego, CA 92102-3315 * 619-239-9988 Fax 619-239-9925 <br /> www.westernpump . com <br /> California Contractor's License #673853 <br /> California Certified Small Business #33547 <br />
