No bubbles <br /> were observed. <br /> -Witnessed secondary pipe one-hour pneumatic pressure test of the 87, 87 vapor recovery, diesel and biodiesel. <br /> -Piping are capped off at the STP sumps of the old tanks. <br /> -Witnessed brine addition and verified the brine type for Xerxes tank. <br /> Additional inspections are required.
