Passed. <br /> -Witnessed all sensors in the Auto Side UDCs testing. Passed. <br /> -Witnessed sensor out. Passed. <br /> -Witnessed testing of electronic overfill, it is not an approved method.Witnessed the testing of the probe set to 90%.Verified <br /> tank chart. <br /> -Verified of VPH components are installed. <br /> -According to technician,the facility received fuel a week ago. <br /> Note: <br /> -Facility had received fuel inside the three tanks without approval. <br /> -Liquid was observed inside the vent sump.Approximately 3.5 gallon of liquid was removed.According to the technician,the <br /> vent sump alterations. Submit written manufacturing approval letter needed. <br /> -Spill bucket test are needed. <br /> -Verification of mechanical overfill prevention are needed. <br /> -Deflector plates are needed in the new installed UDCs on the auto side. <br /> Additional inspection are required.
