All sensors must be installed to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br />All installed UST components must be compatible with the materials being stored (including <br />biodiesel and E85). <br />Hazardous material or waste cannot be released, intentionally or unintentionally, to the <br />sewer/septic system, storm water system, or any other waters of the state. If a release occurs, it <br />will be considered illegal hazardous waste disposal and will be subject to enforcement. <br />k. No additional shut off valves should be installed between the monitored interstitial spaces <br />and their respective sensors. <br />11. This permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
