Copies of selected septic permits can be found in Appendix C of this report. <br />1.3.7 Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage <br />Proposed Vineyard Chapel Addition - According to Mr. Scheffer the proposed Vineyard Chapel <br />addition will be occupied seven days per week year round from 8 am to 8 pm. During business <br />hours Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, the addition will be staffed with up to 25 <br />employees and up to approximately 100 visitors per day.
