Hazelton Ave <br />Stockton, CA 45205 <br />RE: Saotos Ranch.#5 Water System <br />The San Joaquin Local Health District will approve the water system for <br />Santos Ranch #5 under the.pravisions of Title 22, California Administrative <br />Code, Section '64473(f) providing the following conditions are met: <br />1. A performance bond in the amount of $90,000, be provided to insure <br />water quality standards should treatment be necessary. <br />2. After the well is placed on line, chemical samples required by <br />State law are run within 120 days and the quality of the water <br />meets Title 22 Standards. <br />3. Bacteriological samples are run by a State approved laboratory at <br />least monthly and test results are satisfactory. <br />If you have any questions, please call me. <br />Jack J.
