BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />R-76-4851 <br />z <br />RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP <br />NO. S-77-2 and PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. PUD -77-2. OF THOMAS <br />LUCKEY, NORTHEAST OF STOCKTON, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN,STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA <br />WHEREAS, on the 21st day of October, 1976, the Planning <br />Commission of the County of San Joaquin, by Resolution PC -77- <br />59, did consider Tentative Subdivision Map No. S-77-2 and <br />Planned Unit Development No. PUD -77-2 of THOMAS LUCKEY for <br />a 10 lot residential development, on the east side of Highway <br />99 frontage Road, 1000' south of Morada Lane, northeast of <br />Stockton, County of San Joaquin, State of California, and <br />did recommend conditional approval to this Board of Supervisors; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on November 2, 1976, this Board of Supervisors <br />did set the date of November 23, 1976, at the hour of 3:15 p.m. <br />for a public hearing on said matter; and <br />WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board <br />of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, <br />notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and <br />oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor <br />of and opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors <br />being advised on the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br />that Tentative Subdivision Map No. S-77-2 and Planned Unit <br />Development No. PUD -77-2 of THOMAS LUC'.{EY be, andthay hereby are, <br />approved, subiect to the following conditions: <br />1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br />requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br />2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br />P.G.&E., P.T.&T., and all other public utilities. The <br />provisions of Article XIIA of Ordinance No. 892, as amended, <br />shall apply. <br />3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by the <br />San Joaquin County Department of Public Works <br />Elbu LD <br />consideration of the final map.
