the County of San Joaquin, by Resolution PC -77-155, did recommend <br />approval, subject to conditions, of Subdivision Map No. S-77-13 <br />of BOGETTI ENTERPRISES, to subdivide 36.70 acres into a 44 lot <br />residential subdivision, at the southwest corner of Welty Road <br />and State Highway 132, Vernalis, in an RA -30 Zone, County of San <br />Joaquin, State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 28, 1977, this Board of Supervisors did <br />set the date of August 4, 1977, at the hour of 10:45 a.m. for <br />a public hearing on said matter; and <br />WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board <br />of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice <br />of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and <br />documentary evidence havir-7 been received in favor of or opposed <br />to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the <br />cremises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL(TED by this Board of Supervisors <br />that Subdivision Map No. S-77-13 of BOGETTI ENTERPRISES BE, AND <br />IT HEREBY IS, APPROVED, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br />requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br />2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br />P.G.&E., P.T.&T. and all other public utilities. The provisions <br />of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, requiring the <br />undergrounding of utilities shall apply. A 10' wide public <br />utility easement shall be provided along Bogetti Drive, Apricot <br />Drive and Pear Court as well as the west side of Welty Road. <br />3.
