February 19, 1936 <br />San Joaquin County <br />Planning Department <br />Stockton, CA <br />BE: SU -86-8 <br />LOCATION: 5653 E. Quashnick Road, Stockton <br />USE: A 14 lot subdivision <br />CONDITIONS: <br />1. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of <br />San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test and a minimum sewage disposal <br />area are required for Local Health District approval. A permit for the percolation <br />test from the Health District is required. <br />2. Percolation tests are required on every third parcel. <br />3. An improvement plan must be provided to show the location of the sewage disposal <br />areas and wells prior to the recordation of the final map. The improvement plan <br />must show wellsaand septic system locations within 150 feet of the subdivision. <br />4.
