In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, aq <br />prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as <br />amended, the developer shall contribute fees of equiva- <br />lent value as defined in said section. <br />6. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section <br />9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended shall be required. <br />7. This map is approved for twenty-four (24) months. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FINDINGS <br />Adopt the Negative Declaration. <br />Approve the project, subject to the conditions .recommended by the <br />Development Committee. <br />Based on the following findings: <br />A. The project is consistent with the General Plan and <br />Specific Plan SP -78-2: <br />Density, use, and street alignment conform <br />to adopted plans. <br />B. The project will not have a significant adverse effect on the <br />environment: <br />The project is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br />
