The report shall describe: (a) specific <br /> 2 actions taken by or on behalf of Respondent during the previous <br /> 311 period; (b) actions expected to be undertaken during the <br /> 4 current period, (c) all results of sample analyses, tests and <br /> 5 „ other data generated or received by Respondent, (d) summaries <br /> 6I of all problems or potential problems encountered during the <br /> 7 reporting period; and, (e) actions being taken to rectify <br /> g problems. <br /> 9 6. 2 PROJECT ENGINEER/GEOLOGIST <br /> 10 The work performed pursuant to this Order shall be under the <br /> 11 direction and supervision of a qualified California <br /> 12 professional engineer or a California registered geologist with <br /> 13 expertise in hazardous waste site cleanup. <br /> 14 6. 3 INCORPORATION OF DOCUMENTS <br /> 15 All plans, schedules, reports, specifications, and other <br /> 16 documents required or submitted by Respondent pursuant to this <br /> 17 Order are, upon written approval by the Department, incor- f <br /> 1g porated in this Order and shall be implemented by Respondent as f <br /> 19 approved.
