14 ll � Environmental Health Department <br /> fl Il 0 A 0 U I N <br /> COUNTY <br /> {,reatnecc nrnws fare. <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Compliance Review Report <br /> Facility Name and Address: SPX COOLING TECHNOLOGIES INC, 200 N WAGNER AVE, STOCKTON 95215 <br /> (iv)The VSQG or employees of the VSQG transport the hazardous waste in a vehicle owned and operated by the VSQG. <br /> (2)The household hazardous waste and VSQG hazardous waste that is transported shall be in closed containers and <br /> packed in a manner that prevents the containers from tipping, spilling, or breaking during transport. <br /> (3)Different household hazardous wastes or different VSQG hazardous wastes shall not be mixed within a container before <br /> or during transport. <br /> (4) If the hazardous waste is an extremely hazardous waste or an acutely hazardous waste, the total amount transported by <br /> a VSQG shall not exceed 2.2 pounds. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> OVERALL NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the <br /> corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by April 3, 2022 . <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having <br /> them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
