The attached receipt was signed by you as a CESQG <br /> business in Folsom (Sacramento County). The signed receipt states the waste came from a business at the Folsom <br /> address. The waste came from a LQG business, SPX in Stockton (San Joaquin County). <br /> The Sacramento County facility would not have accepted the waste if you had provided the correct information. <br /> I need a corrective action statement that, in the future, SPX hazardous waste will not be taken to a Small Business <br /> hazardous waste facility in violation of the California Health and Safety Code. <br /> Garrett Backus, Ld.
