The Discharger shall file with the Central Valley Water Board technical reports on self- monitoring performed according to the detailed specifications contained in this Monitoring and Reporting Program. I. The results of all monitoring required by this Order shall be reported to the Central Valley Water Board and shall be submitted in such a format as to allow direct comparison with the limitations and requirements of this Order. Unless otherwise specified, discharge flows shall be reported in terms of the monthly average and the daily maximum discharge flows. II. MONITORING LOCATIONS The Discharger shall establish the following monitoring locations to demonstrate compliance with the effluent limitations, discharge specifications, and other requirements in this Order: Table E-1. III. INFLUENT MONITORING REQUIREMENTS A. Monitoring Locations INF-001 and INF-002 1.
