SPX CORPORATION ORDER R5-2019-0018 <br /> SPX MARLEY COOLING TECHNOLOGIES GROUNDWATER CLEANUP NPDES NO. CA0081787 <br /> Study are submitted annually to the State Water Resources Control Board at the following <br /> address: <br /> State Water Resources Control Board <br /> Quality Assurance Program Officer <br /> Office of Information Management and Analysis <br /> 1001 1 Street, Sacramento, CA 95814 <br /> H. The Discharger shall file with the Central Valley Water Board technical reports on self- <br /> monitoring performed according to the detailed specifications contained in this Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program. <br /> I. The results of all monitoring required by this Order shall be reported to the Central Valley <br /> Water Board and shall be submitted in such a format as to allow direct comparison with the <br /> limitations and requirements of this Order. Unless otherwise specified, discharge flows shall <br /> be reported in terms of the monthly average and the daily maximum discharge flows. <br /> II. MONITORING LOCATIONS <br /> The Discharger shall establish the following monitoring locations to demonstrate compliance with <br /> the effluent limitations, discharge specifications, and other requirements in this Order: <br /> Table E-1. Monitoring Station Locations <br /> Discharge Point Monitoring Location Monitoring Location Description <br /> Name Name <br /> A location where a representative sample of the influent to the ion- <br /> INF-001 exchange system can be collected prior to any treatment <br /> processes. <br /> A location where a representative sample of the influent to the <br /> -- INF-002 electrochemical and precipitation system can be collected prior to <br /> any treatment processes <br /> 001 EFF-001 A location representative of the final effluent from the treated <br /> groundwater(Latitude 37°58'20.8" N, Longitude: 121°13'40.1"W) <br /> Approximately 7500 feet upstream from the point of discharge at <br /> -- RSW-001 the Main Street Bridge station (Latitude: 37157'41" N, <br /> Longitude:121'12'18.7"W) <br /> Approximately 1450 feet downstream from the point of discharge <br /> -- RSW-002 at the Fremont Street Bridge station (Latitude: 37°58'27", <br /> Longitude: 121°13'52.7"W) <br /> The North latitude and West longitude information in Table E-1 are approximate for administrative <br /> purposes. <br /> III. INFLUENT MONITORING REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Monitoring Locations INF-001 and INF-002 <br /> 1. The Discharger shall monitor the influent to the ion exchange system and the influent to <br /> the electrochemical and precipitation system at INF-001 and INF-002 as follows: <br /> ATTACHMENT E— MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM E-3 <br />
