Note: The transfer station dust control misting system was being installed during the inspection. The <br /> system should be operational within 10 days. <br /> 2) Note: The latest version of the Report of Facility Information amendment#3 was submitted on May 2, 2006 <br /> and after review, was not approved by the LEA. The compost section of the amendment is being revised by the <br /> operator and will be resubmitted to the LEA. <br /> 3) Note: Reviewed the load check,training and station log records and found them up to date.
