Dust control in the <br /> transfer station building was adequate. <br /> 2)Note: The latest version of the Report of Facility Information amendment#3 was submitted on May 2,2006 <br /> and after review,was not approved by the LEA. The compost section of the amendment should be revised by <br /> the operator and resubmitted to the LEA. <br /> 3)Note: Observed a self-haul load of waste come in which included a television and a refrigerator. Facility <br /> personnel separated these items from the remainder of the load and placed them in the e-waste and appliance <br /> areas, respectively. <br /> 4)Note: Reviewed the May 2006 tonnage and traffic report and found the values to be within the permit limits. <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> INSPECTOR SIGNATURE: DATE: <br />
