Between May 25, 2006 and July 17, 2006 the <br /> facility did not document the daily load check. <br /> Implement a procedure to insure that a random load check is completed once a day, minimum. Complete a load <br /> check form for every random load check. <br /> 2) Note Wood, Green Waste and Compost piles—Prevent fire hazards by limiting pile heights to fifteen feet, <br /> maintaining a buffer around each pile and periodically monitoring pile temperatures.
