The berm has not been completed. <br /> Complete the berm on the south and east sides of the Inert Storage area using the dimensions specified in the <br /> amendment. <br /> 2) Note—Reviewed the random load check, special occurrence, tonnage and traffic records and found them <br /> complete and within permit limits. <br /> 3) Note—One employee working on the tipping floor was not wearing a safety vest.
