Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />February 14, 2022 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 1900 ROOSEVELT AVE, ESCALON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> P&L CONCRETE PRODUCTS INC <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: The following chemicals was found on site that have not been reported to CERS: <br />- HYDROTINT RED LIQUID A1070, 500 gallons observed southeast of the warehouse #2 <br />OBSERVATION: The following Hazardous Materials Inventory forms were not reported correctly: <br />- Propane 250 gallon is observed in front of the office <br />- Concrete form oil, 275 gallon tote observed <br />- Daraset 200, incorrectly listed max amount <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br />of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The following are missing loading areas, internal roads, and <br />hazardous material handling and storage areas. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as “NA". <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />FA0009193 PR0519450 SC001 02/14/2022 <br />EHD 19-01 Rev. 12/06/2021 Hazardous Materials Program OIRPage 2 of 4 <br />1868 E.
