Motor Oil did not have the storage pressure and storage temperature listed. Ethylene Glycol did not have <br /> the storage pressure and storage temperature listed.The storage temperature and the storage pressure should be <br /> listed ambient for Ethylene Glycol and also for Motor Oil. Propane max daily amount was listed at 2,350 cubic feet. <br /> The max daily amount for Propane should be listed as 600 gallons on inventory. Largest container size for propane <br /> would be 50 gallons. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15. Propane was The business plan <br /> was submitted late on 3/7/2017 for the year of 2017.The business plan was submitted late on 4/24/2018 for the <br /> year of 2018.The business plan was submitted late on 4/15/2019 for the year of 2019. The business plan was <br /> submitted late on 3/31/2020 for the year of 2020.The business plan was submitted on item for the years of 2021 <br /> and 2022. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This violation has been corrected. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 2 violations found during the <br /> inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br /> statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br /> supporting paperwork, by 3/13/2022. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
