Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />February 10, 2022 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 7875 R A BRIDGEFORD ST, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> STERICYCLE, INC (STOCKTON) <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: 110 gallons of Nalco 1720 and 110 gallons of Triact 1820 were found on site that have not been <br />reported to CERS. Zep X ll and lemonex lll are reported on inventory at 110 gallons each. 440 gallons of Zep X ll <br />and 220 gallons of lemonex lll were found on site. The max daily amount should be updated to reflect the current <br />amount on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was 1 violation during the <br />inspection. All violations were corrected on site. The process area, shop area, and the boiler areas were <br />inspected. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
