The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for CALIFORNIA FREIGHT as of February 04, 2022. <br /> Open violations from September 20, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation#117-Failed to maintain complete hazardous waste training records. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not produce documentation during the inspection that demonstrates <br /> employees have complete hazardous waste training as specified in this section. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.16 Personnel Training <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training <br /> topics, date of training,job title, name of employee,written job description (qualifications and duties), and employee <br /> signed (or certified)record that documents the training. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#502-Failed to comply with new hazardous waste tank system assessment requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility has a used oil hazardous waste tank but no tank assessment document. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66270.11 Signatories to Permit Applications and Reports <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66260.10 Definitions <br /> "Tank"means a stationary device, designed to contain an accumulation of hazardous waste which is constructed <br /> primarily of nonearthen materials(e.g.,wood, concrete, steel, plastic)which provide structural support. <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.192 Design and Installation of New Tank Systems or <br /> Components. <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.193 Containment and Detection of Releases <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Have a qualified Professional Engineer prepare a tank assessment for each tank. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department(EHD)within 30 days.
