The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for J & H MARINE INC as of November22 , 2022 . <br /> Open violations from February 08, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #505 - Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks . <br /> OBSERVATION The hazardous waste tanks storing used oil does not have complete labeling . No label was <br /> present on the tank . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words " Hazardous Waste" and the <br /> accumulation start date . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Label the hazardous waste tanks with the words " Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation <br /> start date . Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) . <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely) . <br /> OBSERVATION The following hazardous waste containers were found on -site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: A 55 gallon drum of oily water was found on site with no <br /> accumulation start date . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262 . 34 . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations .
