The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for J & H MARINE INC as of November22 , 2022 . Open violations from February 08, 2022 inspection Violation #505 - Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks . OBSERVATION The hazardous waste tanks storing used oil does not have complete labeling . No label was present on the tank . REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words " Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start date . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Label the hazardous waste tanks with the words " Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start date . Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) within 30 days . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) . ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely) . OBSERVATION The following hazardous waste containers were found on -site with an accumulation start date of greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: A 55 gallon drum of oily water was found on site with no accumulation start date . REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262 . 34 . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations .
