The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for QUICKI KLEEN CAR WASH as of December 23, 2022. Open violations from October 03, 2022 inspection Violation#117-Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. OBSERVATION: This business did not provide a written response to the inspection report dated 9/6/2019 within 30 days. The report was delivered to the business on 9/6/2019. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to subdivision (a)of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require,which shall include a statement documenting corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator,for purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation. The local agency,the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, requires response within 30 days. OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: Two 10 gallon white containers of hazardous waste solids was observed in the hazardous waste storage area not tightly closed. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste.
