SAN JOAQUIN <br />CCUNT <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />1 <br />Date: <br />Harney Lane 76 <br />141 E HARNEY LN, LODI <br />July 28, 2022 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />307 <br />HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Failure to keep water out of the secondary containment system (post -Jul 2003). <br />OBSERVATION: Brine was found in the following locations: <br />-87 submersible turbine pump (STP) and fill sumps. <br />-91 fill sump. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br />system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Per the service technician, approximately 1/4 of a gallon of liquid was removed from the 87 <br />and 91 sumps and returned the sensor to its proper location. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and <br />certified contractor to address the water intrusion into the 87 and 91 fill and STP sumps under permit and inspection <br />of the EHD. <br />--------------------------------------------------- <br />OBSERVATION: Brine was found in the Diesel submersible turbine pump (STP) sump and the fill sump. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br />system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 <br />hazardous waste regulations, and manage accordingly. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and <br />certified contractor to address the water intrusion into the Diesel STP and fill sumps under permit and inspection of <br />the EHD, if needed. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
