Ada Avenue, Stockton APN: 103-280-33 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Ada Avenue has an existing right-of-way of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The Regional Transportation Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed.
