This copy, called the "Designated Station Generator Copy" must be <br /> received within 30 days of shipment. <br /> Exception Reporting: <br />• When designated station generator copy is not received within 30 days, exception <br /> letter reporting requirements must be followed. <br /> An exception report shall include: <br />• A legible copy of the manifest and cover letter. <br /> Distribute Exception Report to Transporter/TSDF. <br /> 45 days and no designated generator copy: <br />• Contact PGH immediately. <br />• Send exception report to EPA/State Agency. <br /> Some states may require additional reporting. <br /> Page 11 of 49 <br />
