M Office, <br /> Central Control,and FA <br /> Continue <br /> Slide notes <br /> FedEx Ground hubs must develop and implement a hazardous waste contingency plan. <br /> The contingency plan outlines the procedures necessary to respond to <br /> and minimize hazards to human health and the environment from fires,explosions or any unplanned release of materials identified as hazardous waste. <br /> Instructions on how to prepare the Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan for your facility <br /> are available on the Environmental Affairs SharePoint site. <br /> The Contingency Plan is to be reviewed by the hub manager and emergency coordinators annually for completeness and accuracy. <br /> The annual review should be completed by December 31 st,documented on Attachment 4, <br /> the Annual Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan Review Checklist,and sent to Environmental Affairs Department. <br /> Copies of the hazardous waste contingency plan must be maintained in the main office, <br /> central control(if applicable),and the HMPA. <br /> Page 22 of 49 <br />
