reference, manifests can be pulled from the DTSC website if they have been submitted to DTSC, if you ever need to pull
a copy for the facility.
The link to check for manifest copies is https://hwts.dtsc.ca.gov/reports/manifest
The link to look at hazardous waste handler summaries and other reports is https://hwts.dtsc.ca.gov/reports
The only 2 remaining open items are 118 and 3110.
For 118: Please provide a copy of the training that is provided to staff that handle wastes and clean ups that occur at the
fuel island. I looked through the training provided for the hazardous waste determination and that is good but there
isn't anything related to the fuel island. I'm not sure if other hubs have fuel islands or if Tracy is the only one. If Tracy is
the only one, there might be a Tracy fuel island specific training somewhere? We want to verify that training for
handling wastes at the fuel island are appropriate, especially since there was an incident of the absorbent being
disposed of in the dumpster recently.
For 605: 1 was looking at the manifests provided and I couldn't tell which one of the listed items was the Kerry Liquid or
the Super Agitene 141. Super Agitene 141's SDS lists that the waste code is D018 and I didn't see anything on the
manifests that had a D018 waste code. Could you please point out which one on the manifests is the Kerry Liquid and
the Super Agitene?
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks!
All the Best,
Carol Presto
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Email: cpresto@sigov.org I Phone: (209) 616-3061
https://www.s*gov.org/department/envhealth/
From: Debra Gehm <debra.gehm@fedex.com>
Sent: Friday,January 14, 2022 11:17 AM
To: Presto, Carol [EHD] <cpresto@sigov.org>
Cc: Maria Estrada <maria.tovar-silva@fedex.com>
Subject: RCRA LQG HW Generator Inspection Report Response (1 of 2)
Importance: High
CAUTION:This email is originated from outside of the organization.
